These terms govern your use of My Soulmate Finder and the optional purchase of a complete reading and portrait. Please read them before using the service or completing a purchase.
The experience
My Soulmate Finder uses birth chart calculations from Western astrology and Vedic Jyotisha to create a symbolic soulmate interpretation. The free preview is available before purchase. The full reading and generated portrait are optional paid content.
The experience is for entertainment and personal reflection. Astrology interpretations and AI-generated content do not establish facts about a real person, identify your actual soulmate, or guarantee future events, compatibility, or relationship outcomes. The service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Your information and use of the service
Provide information you are authorized to use and check your birth details before generating a result. Unknown or inaccurate birth information can affect the specificity of the reading. You must be legally able to use the service and authorize any purchase you make.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access another person's saved data, interfere with checkout or security controls, or misuse the website in a way that harms other users or the service.
Purchases and delivery
The price and currency are shown before payment. Payment is processed through Stripe as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or recurring billing.
The complete reading and portrait are generated after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary and generation may require a retry. Keep your reading link private and retain it for access to your result. Contact support if payment succeeds but content cannot be generated or accessed.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Generated content
Readings and portraits are personalized interpretations produced with automated tools and AI. They may contain inaccuracies, vary between generations, or resemble content generated for other users. Illustrative preview images are examples and may differ from your generated portrait.
You may save and use your purchased reading and portrait for personal purposes. The website's branding, design, and software remain the property of their respective owners. We do not promise that generated content is exclusive or eligible for copyright protection.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how quiz information, generated content, payment references, and website usage data are processed. Payment, location lookup, hosting, analytics, and AI generation rely on third-party providers whose services may also be subject to their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
Technical interruptions or provider outages may affect the service. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of symbolic interpretations. Use your own judgment when interpreting the content and making personal decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes obligations, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version and purchase conditions presented when you complete a purchase apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law. The date above identifies the latest version.
